Patrick was communicative and professional from the very beginning. He took the time to visit my home to assess the electrical issue in person and provided clear, well-documented advice along with a detailed quote. I really appreciated his honest approach,he didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services or products, unlike some other companies I’ve dealt with. Instead, he was transparent and focused on what was genuinely best for my home. He replaced my outdated fuse box with a new electrical panel and installed multiple new lines, including one for an induction cooktop. The entire process, from scheduling to completion, was smooth and efficient. Throughout the work, Patrick kept me informed, explained what he was doing, and answered all my questions patiently. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. This is a trustworthy company, and I highly recommend Patrick. I’ll definitely reach out to him again for any future electrical needs.
